Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Your Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit within 7-10 business days.
